By purchasing the Programme, you confirm that:

It does not:

Provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care
You agree that you are solely responsible for your health decisions and should seek appropriate medical advice from your own healthcare provider before making changes to medication, supplements, exercise, nutrition, or treatment.
If you experience a medical emergency, you must contact your GP or emergency services immediately.
4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Your participation in RE-ALIGN™ does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr Corinne Fletcher.
Access to Programme materials, Q&A content, or community discussions does not constitute medical consultation.
5. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, improvements, financial results, health changes, or personal transformation.
Individual results vary depending on personal circumstances, engagement, and factors beyond our control.
You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and outcomes are your responsibility.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to access unless a payment plan is expressly offered.
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or local taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
If a payment plan is offered:
Payments must be made on time.
Missed payments may result in suspension of access.
The full balance remains payable even if you stop accessing the Programme.
7. Digital Content & Waiver of 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under UK consumer law, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts.
However, by purchasing RE-ALIGN™, you:
Expressly consent to immediate access to digital content, and
Acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has been granted.
Access is typically provided immediately upon successful payment.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Programme and immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to assess exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

Audio recordings
PDFs
Worksheets
Slides
Graphics
Text
Branding
Methodology
is owned by Dr Corinne Fletcher and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:

Download for redistribution
Screenshot for commercial use
Screen record
Upload to file-sharing platforms
Use for AI training or scraping
Resell, republish, or distribute
Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
10. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct
If the Programme includes a community element, you agree to:
Treat others respectfully
Not provide medical advice to other participants
Not promote or sell external services without permission
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct
We reserve the right to remove access without refund if conduct breaches these Terms.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Programme.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
We are not responsible for loss of business, loss of income, loss of data, or personal decisions made following participation.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
13. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that the Programme may involve discussion of lifestyle, nutrition, movement, emotional regulation, and wellbeing practices.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with implementing changes discussed in the Programme.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr Corinne Fletcher from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the Programme
Your breach of these Terms
Your reliance on Programme content without seeking appropriate professional advice
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Platform outages
Internet disruption
Illness
Natural events
Government restrictions
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or representations.
